He has over 10 years of private equity fund administration and auditing experience. Edson holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Zimbabwe. Edson also holds the professional designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a retired Chartered Accountant in Zimbabwe.
Caroline Shettle is an Associate with Medley Partners in San Francisco, CA. Prior to joining Medley, Caroline was an investment banking analyst at JMP Securities. At JMP, Caroline conducted corporate advisory, leveraged buyout and recapitalization transactions for the M&A group with a focus on Healthcare Services. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a double major in Finance and International Business and a minor in French.
